Executive Order No. 10

This executive order repeals Executive Order 9 as it contradicts the United Nations Charter.


Article II of Amendment V of the United Nations Charter states that a nominee for another member of the United Nations Assembly to represent the United Nations in court must accept the position.


There is also dubious bureau overreach legality for the Department of Corrections to enforce Executive Order 9.

Executive Order No. 9

Given the Speaker has the authority to appoint an attorney to represent the United Nations in a court of law, there shall be two new offices introduced, each appointed by the Speaker for the duration of the Speaker's term. Furthermore, the United Nations shall establish an association of qualified attorneys approved by motion of the United Nations Assembly known as the United Nations Bar Association. Qualified attorneys have detailed knowledge of international law and sufficient knowledge of each nation's legal system to act as attorneys throughout international and national court systems.


The Office of the Attorney General shall be established effective immediately. The Attorney General shall be a qualified attorney and member of the United Nations Bar Association. The responsibilities of the Attorney General shall be to act as the defense attorney for the United Nations in any and all lawsuits. If appointed Attorney General, the individual serving in this role forfeits all rights to sue the United Nations during their term.


The Office of the Solicitor General shall be established effective immediately. The Solicitor General shall be a qualified attorney and member of the United Nations Bar Association. The responsibilities of the Solicitor General shall be to act as the prosecuting attorney for the United Nations in any and all criminal trials and the plaintiff's attorney in any and all lawsuits. If appointed Solicitor General at the same time as serving as the defendant in a court case against the United Nations, the Solicitor General's duties shall be assumed by the Speaker or by an Associate Solicitor General appointed by the Speaker temporarily.

Executive Order No. 7

The Department of Transportations is to build three UN Railway hubs in The Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid: to the east of Isaac Hall, in the UN owned territory in the east side of New Reid City, and on the parking lot south of 2nd Bank of OMR Field.


These hubs will be used to expand the UN Railway into The Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid and provide transportation for its citizens to other locations in the world. Railway hubs, similarly to the HQ will provide access to multiple stops in one location.

Trees named by the United Nations Department of the Interior are to be protected by the United Nations. The Department of the Interior shall put signs on trees giving them names and then they are unable to be removed without permission by the United Nations.


The Department of the Interior has full control of naming trees within United Nations territory, but needs permission from the land owner to name trees in a nation’s territory.

Fr0zenGh0ul has built into another’s sphere of influence. This shall result in a fine of one diamond paid by EOMR as he controls Furry, this fine will be paid to the UN. The reason the fine is low is because the territory built upon is nearly valueless, but still, the point remains that such activity will carry a punishment, the next infringement will carry a significantly higher penalty. This executive order is for the Cartography Commision.

The Department of Transportation is to build a UN owned canal connecting Sandless Stream with Southmost Lake Aternos. They are to build another canal to the east of the Crippal Archery Arena from Sandless Stream to the ocean in which the End Portal is located. That ocean is to be known as the Exaroton Ocean.

The United Nations is to construct a new Rail Line, beginning at the United Nations Railroad Headquarters, going to the former site of Knoo Court, going to the eastern portion of OMR College, going near the OMR Villager Compound, going to the UN Resort and finally ending at the OMR Logging Headquarters. The Confederacy of East Old Man Reid has already donated materials, however the Bureau of Transportation will likely need gold and iron from the Department of the Treasury and what is needed must be provided. The Rail Line may be expanded, however this is the route that must be completed in the near future.

The treasury is to use that to pay off all debts owed by the United Nations and is to use the remaining funds to commission an earthworm statue in the United Nations Commerce District to celebrate Mistake Day.

Starting Sunday, November 24th, 2019, the Department of the Treasury will start collecting interest on debts owed to the UN and individuals, using the compound interest formula. There will be 25% interest on all debts and weekly compounds, starting on November 24th, 2019, until the debt is paid.

All disputes between sovereign nations over territory are to be settled with a meeting between the sovereigns of said nations and the Commissioner of Cartography. The Commissioner of Cartography is to act as a moderator in these disputes. If the Commissioner of Cartography is a sovereign of a nation involved in the dispute, the Speaker of the United Nations is to act as the moderator. If both the Speaker and Commissioner of Cartography are already involved, the Director of the Bureau of Records is to act as the moderator. If all three are involved parties in the dispute, the case is to be settled in a United Nations Court hearing. While territory is under border dispute meetings, it is not to be settled, and settling it waives claim to ownership of the territory.
