Recognizing the violation of the Treaty of Gateway to Jungle/Bamboo/Mangrove Canal, and seeking to restore order, fairness, and mutual respect among our nations, the Nation of Isaac and New Belize agree to the following terms:

• New Belize shall not expand east of the Gateway River and the Fjord of Seclusion.
  
• New Belize shall cede 40% ownership of the new large square building to the Nation of Isaac. New Belize cedes all sphere of influence generated by the building to the Nation of Isaac.
  
• New Belize shall pay a fine of 250 diamonds to either the Nation of Isaac or the United Nations at the discretion of New Belize.
  
• The Treaty of Gateway to Jungle/Bamboo/Mangrove Canal is to be reinstated in full. Both New Belize and the Nation of Isaac are to abide by its terms unless dictated by a mutually agreed upon treaty.

This treaty is designed to protect the national interests of both the Nation of Isaac and New Belize and to formalize a stronger diplomatic relationship between them.

The Nation of Isaac cedes all current and future claims and spheres of influence within the outlined area, as shown in the attached map, to New Belize.

New Belize agrees not to expand beyond the boundaries of the outlined area into the surrounding 500 by 500 block region centered at (-1279/~/-1000), unless permitted by a future treaty.
This provision is intended to safeguard nearby territory while not restricting New Belize’s natural growth within its other territory throughout the world.

The Nation of Isaac shall allocate a plot of land within the NOI Diplomatic Quarters for the construction of a New Belize Embassy, thereby formalizing diplomatic relations between the two nations.

The boundaries defined in this treaty, including the outlined area and its surrounding buffer, may be revised or expanded through future mutually agreed-upon treaties.

PREAMBLE

Once ratified, this treaty aims to reaffirm the relations between the nations of Nelsonia and the Nation of Isaac. This treaty strengthens mutual security, economic development, and incentivizes a more interconnected future of peace and prosperity for both nations.

ARTICLE I

There is to be a jointly owned company created named AxeCow & Mann. This company will serve as a central financial institution, facilitating banking services, public-private investments, and international funding projects. The headquarters of this company will be held in East Lake Aternos. The Nation of Isaac or a majority Nation of Isaac owned company will hold fifty percent of the shares of AxeCow & Mann. Nelsonia or a majority Nelsonia owned company will hold the remaining fifty percent of the shares of AxeCow & Mann.

ARTICLE II

The Nation of Isaac will allow Nelsonia to build within Nation of Isaac sphere of influence within the East Server Sea circled area below. Nelsonia will allow the Nation of Isaac to build within Nelsonia sphere of influence the western circled area also below.

ARTICLE III

• Nelsonia is granted a second embassy in the Nation of Isaac Diplomacy District.
  
• The Nation of Isaac is granted an embassy in current Nelsonia territory.

The location and size of each embassy shall be subject to prior approval by the host nation before major construction begins.

The Nation of Isaac and Nelsonia maintain a mutual defense pact, pledging to defend one another against third-party aggression. Participation in offensive operations shall be subject to mutual consent.

PREAMBLE

In pursuit of mutual security, economic development, and sustainable regional growth, the Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid and New Belize enter into this treaty, reaffirming and refining the foundations of their bilateral relationship.

ARTICLE I

The territory comprising the artificial waterway linking the Exaroton Ocean to the Sand Snake Lagoon is ceded in full by EOMR to New Belize.

New Belize shall remit 32 diamonds to EOMR within seven (7) days of treaty ratification.

ARTICLE II

All prior embassy allocations under the Treaty of New Belize (July 29, 2023) are void. In their place:

• EOMR retains full control of the Trading Island in the Threesome Confluence.
  
• New Belize is granted land for a new embassy in the Reid Plains.
  
• An embassy shall be constructed on a stone island in the Exaroton Ocean west of Lulu Bay by LuluLikeThat. This embassy shall be allocated to EOMR.

ARTICLE III

New Belize shall cooperate with the EOMR Army Corps of Engineers in climate stabilization efforts, including:

• Lowering Lake College and Old Bitch Bay to Y=63, in line with navigable water standards.
  
• Affirming that the lands bordering these waters remain sovereign EOMR territory, with full development rights.

ARTICLE IV

EOMR and New Belize maintain a mutual defense pact, pledging to defend one another against third-party aggression.

Participation in offensive operations shall be subject to mutual consent.

ARTICLE V

To ensure just economic interaction:

• All bilateral trade shall reflect agreed-upon market rates or a mutual pricing agreement.
  
• Resource harvesting within another’s borders must be compensated, with at least 50% of resources or value going to the sovereign territory owner unless a different split is agreed upon.
  
• Disputes may be brought before the UN or resolved bilaterally within 72 hours.

ARTICLE VI

New Belize agrees to cooperate with EOMR in the completion of key infrastructure and development projects. This cooperation may include the provision of agreed-upon resources or assistance, depending on availability and mutual consent.

Initial areas of support may include:

• Stone for transportation and construction efforts
  
• Dirt for ecological restoration surrounding Lake College
  
• Terracotta for cultural or residential construction projects
  
• Torches to enhance public safety and visibility

All contributions shall be discussed and agreed upon in good faith, with respect to the logistical capacity and internal priorities of both nations.

ARTICLE VII

EOMR shall support New Belize in United Nations proceedings, conditional on:

• Legal alignment with the UN Charter
  
• Compatibility with EOMR’s internal interests and policy positions

ARTICLE III

This treaty fully supersedes the Treaty of New Belize (dated July 29, 2023). All prior conflicting agreements between the parties are hereby void unless reaffirmed herein.

The Nation of Isaac guarantees no expansion into the area outlined in yellow for a minimum of eight months from the ratification of this treaty.

Both the Nation of Isaac and the Confederate Provinces of East Old Man may freely expand under normal UN law in any territory outside the outlined areas of the Very Near Colonies.

This treaty settles the declaration that the Nation of Isaac is suing the Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid made on 1/10/25.

There shall now be a military and economic alliance between New Belize and the Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid.

Per the military alliance, the two powers agree to a mutual protection pact. Any declaration of war or hostilities made against one country is also made against the other. Each party shall contribute the maximum available manpower and resources in the event of a war. Member states are only obligated to jointly serve in a defensive war. That is, should New Belize or East Old Man Reid declare a war, the other party is not obligated to join.

Per the economic alliance, the two powers agree to fair trade deals as defined by the United Nations market rate. Violations to this clause of the treaty are subject to settlement in the United Nations court and shall immediately nullify the alliance.

Per the economic alliance, the two powers agree that East Old Man Reid nationals may harvest resources in New Belize and that New Belize nationals may harvest resources in East Old Man Reid. Renewable resources including but not limited to plants and animals must be replenished and non-renewable resources including but not limited to minerals must be equally divided between the worker harvesting the foreign goods and the foreign government.

The yellow box in New Belize and the blue box in New Reid City shall be the locations of territory ceded in this agreement. The northern island of the yellow box shall be considered a trading island that New Belize outright cedes to East Old Man Reid while the mainland component shall become an embassy and is subject to United Nations statutes on embassies. The territory in the blue box shall be considered an embassy for New Belize in New Reid City and is subject to United Nations statutes on embassies.

Per the terms of the Treaty of Reid Vegas, the country of Belize cedes all claims to land in the territory of Belize to the Confederacy of East Old Man Reid such that the country of Belize may have unrestricted ability to claim any other territory.

So that there is no confusion between the country of Belize and the territory of Belize, the country of Belize shall take the new name of New Belize and the territory of Belize shall retain its old name.

The Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid, Grand Isle of Knoo, Nation of Isaac, and Nelsonia agree to end all hostilities.

There shall be the establishment of an independent state called Belize (borders shown in black). YerLoss is the sole citizen of this country and is responsible for establishing a national government in Belize. Belize may not expand outside of the borders allocated in this treaty without the express consent of the United Nations. The land on which Belize is founded has a preemptive right to the Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid in the event that the nation of Belize dissolves or abandons the territory. The territory cannot be exchanged without the consent of the Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid.

As penalty for independence, 75% of the wealth of the citizens of Belize shall be given to the Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid. Belize also owes the Grand Isle of Knoo one beacon and either an orange or brown stained glass.

The territories annexed during the war shall be returned. The Nation of Isaac shall receive its former holdings in southern New Reid City, Collegia, and Reid Plains. The Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid shall receive all land in the territory of Belize not allocated to the country of Belize.

All revoked embassies shall be re-established to pre-war conditions. Additionally, the Nation of Isaac shall allocate space for a second embassy from the Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid and for an embassy for the Grand Isle of Knoo.

The Nation of Isaac and Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid agree to avoid expanding beyond the following yellow and red lines on the attached map. The Nation of Isaac, Grand Isle of Knoo, and Nelsonia agree to assist in contributing manpower and resources to the reparation of the following historic and significant buildings in East Old Man Reid:

The Nation of Isaac Corps of Engineers agrees to undertake the demolition of the following buildings:

The country of Belize shall pay the United Nations dues to become an observer state. If the country of Belize is unable to pay the observer fees to the United Nations, Belize is to enter into a loan agreement with the 2nd Bank of OMR in which the country takes out a one-year loan worth the difference between the fee amount and Belize's treasury. The minimum interest rate that Belize can be charged for this agreement is 30%.

The countries recognize the following events as grounds for investigation for war crimes:

• Assassination of zombies required to produce iron in the Nation of Isaac iron farm

Given the recent developments of war, we hereby call for a ceasefire between the two currently aggressing countries on the following terms:

• Cease of the destruction of historically and sentimentally significant buildings within the respective territories
  
• Share the expense of clean-up and repair to the most significant buildings affected
  
• Establish a caucus between the UN nations in order to find a more peaceful resolution to the conflict
  
• Cease immediate military initiatives towards further aggression on both sides
  
• Cease and avoid the targeting of neutral sources of infrastructure

These terms shall be upheld until the end of Tuesday, December 27th. Those involved in this conflict should vote within the next 72 hours.

This treaty establishes an alliance between the Grand Isle of Knoo and the Confederacy of East Old Man Reid. This shall be a military and economic alliance, with the condition that resources may be shared provided they come from the central storage systems of GuanKnoonamo Harbor or the East New Reid City Central Storage System (both outlined in black on the map attached). All other storages may not be accessed by the other nation without the express permission of the storage owner.

As for territorial agreements, the Grand Isle of Knoo cedes sphere of influence in the OMR College Woods in exchange for exclusive sphere of influence in the Gaylard Field Valley. The Confederacy of East Old Man Reid also guarantees a building space akin to an embassy for the Grand Isle of Knoo in each of the following provinces:

• Reid Plains

• Belize
  
• The Dashie Desert

The Grand Isle of Knoo also cedes Sphere of Influence on the western side of Grum Lost Stream such that it is lawful to construct a bridge as the Confederacy of East Old Man Reid shall own both sides of that point of the river.

The Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid is to give the territory outlined in black to the Nation of Isaac. In return, the Nation of Isaac will:

• Relinquish its sphere of influence in the New Reid City territory
  
• Guarantee right of passage through the territory for all EOMR residents
  
• Guarantee no future expansion into the New Reid City territory
  
• Compensate the Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid with 12 diamonds

ARTICLE I

The tributary river to Logger Lake shall now be called the Grum Lost Stream.

ARTICLE II

The Confederacy of East Old Man Reid shall annex all territory claimed by the Grand Isle of Knoo across the Grum Lost Stream. The Cartography Commission of the United Nations shall discern what is territory and what is Sphere of Influence after the transfer.

ARTICLE III

The Confederacy of East Old Man Reid shall deliver two diamonds to the Grand Isle of Knoo. This debt is interest free and must be paid by January 1, 2023.

ARTICLE IV

The Grand Isle of Knoo promises to not expand into any more territory east of the shores of Grum Lost Stream.

The Nation of Isaac will give Nelsonia 10 diamonds to relocate his new lighthouse near the NIO Bass Pro Shop™ Pyramid at least 40 blocks to the south. The Nation of Isaac will also help demolish and rebuild the lighthouse in its new location. In return, Nelsonia will guarantee assurance that they will not build into the territory between the new location of the lighthouse and the Bass Pro Shop™️.

For the price of 12 diamonds, the Grand Isle of Knoo cedes all influence and holdings in the region known as Sandless Stream to the Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid. East Old Man Reid will permit all pre-existing businesses from the Grand Isle of Knoo to continue operating in the region provided that they not hinder any operations endorsed by the government of the Confederacy of East Old Man Reid. The transaction shall occur by 12 AM on July 10th, 2021 and the effects of the treaty take immediate effect once the payment is made.

The Nation of Isaac purchases the following territory, outlined in pink by the map, from the Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid for the price of 5 diamonds and 1 emerald. Upon the construction of an ice boat path, the Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid has the right to access this stop.

The Nation of Isaac reserves all airspace and mineral rights in this territory, but these rights do not apply outside of the territory shown in this treaty.

We, the leaders of the Nation of Isaac and Confederate Provinces, agree to these terms.

Hostilities between the Confederate Provinces of East Old Man Reid (The Confederacy) and Nelsonia are to cease. The Confederacy and Nelsonia are to agree to a non-aggression pact that lasts until April 1st, 2020 and cannot declare war or a state of hostilities against each other.

As war reparations, the Confederacy is to pay Nelsonia five diamonds for the use of illegal TNT use. As Nelsonia and the Confederacy agree to a cash settlement, Nelsonia drops any and all charges - War Criminal, criminal, and civil - associated with the war.

The Papal State of East Old Man Reid officially recognizes the ownership of the land west of the EOMR-CDS Highway, as indicated by the thick brown outline on the map, by the Grand Isle of Knoo. The Papal State of East Old Man Reid withdraws any claim to the land and it is to be officially incorporated into the borders of the Grand Isle of Knoo.

The Grand Isle of Knoo officially recognizes the ownership of the land to the south of their new acquisition, as indicated by the lower thick yellow outline on the map, by the Papal State of East Old Man Reid. The Grand Isle of Knoo withdraws any claim to the land and it is to be officially incorporated
into the borders of the Papal State of East Old Man Reid.

This Treaty of Dissolution hereby agreed to by all member states - those being dissolved and those being created - is to divide the Papal State of Old Man Reid into two sovereign states: the Papal State of West Old Man Reid and the Papal State of East Old Man Reid. The province of Collegia is to form the Papal State of East Old Man Reid, while the provinces of the Ardeshir Islands and Archiva, in addition to the Capital District of OMRC are to form the Papal State of West Old Man Reid. The province of Archiva is to hold a referendum, to see if it is to be granted independence from the Papal State of West Old Man Reid, monthly.

The Papal State of West Old Man Reid is to be a theocratic nation following the Church of Old Man Reid. The leader of the Papal State of West Old Man Reid is to be Archbishop Furry Boi and the leader of the Papal State of East Old Man Reid is to be Pope OldManReidGaming. If the province of Archiva votes in favor of independence, it is to become a theocracy in the same manner as the Papal States of West and East Old Man Reid, with its leader as Archbishop BookBookBookBook. Per the United Nations Charter, these nations' sovereigns will select which member of their populace will represent them in the United Nations.

The Papal States are to enter into a military and economic alliance, in which all member states agree to mutually protect one another from other nations committing acts of war. All member states also pledge economic aid to each other when requested.

This treaty is to take effect at midnight on the first of November in 2019.

The partition of land - the dotted orange/yellow border indicates the land that will be controlled by the Papal State of Archiva if they vote in favor of independence. Until that date, the dotted orange/yellow border is territory controlled by the Papal State of West Old Man Reid.

The Papal State of Old Man Reid and Crippal agree to the exchange of land, exchanging the following territories, highlighted in the map. The Papal State of Old Man Reid is not allowed to damage the building built by Crippalese nationals, and the building is to be a National Heritage Site, protected by the government of the Papal State of Old Man Reid.

On this date, June 8th, 2019, the Cloak and Dagger Society is to be recognized as an independent entity from the Commonwealth of Old Man Reid. The Commonwealth of Old Man Reid no longer exerts any control over the Cloak and Dagger Society, so the Commonwealth of Old Man Reid is no longer to levy any taxes on the citizens of the Cloak and Dagger Society.

The Cloak and Dagger Society will pay the Commonwealth of Old Man Reid compensation in the form of 50 gold ingots and 77 redstone blocks to cover wartime reparations.

10:30 PM on April 18, 2019

ARTICLE I

Citizens of Old Man Reid’s Country have permission to conduct logging activities in Quinn’s Country so long as they act in a manner so that the supply of lumber available is conserved. All trees cut down are expected to be replanted, and failure to execute this clause will result in violation of the agreement and said violation gives Quinn’s Country the right to terminate the agreement.

ARTICLE II

Citizens of Quinn’s Country have permission to log in Old Man Reid’s Country, so long as they replant 75 percent of trees they cut down. Each tree cut down must be cut down entirely. Violation of this article gives OMRC the right to terminate the agreement.

ARTICLE III

Citizens of either country logging in the other country are expected to follow the laws of the land in which they are logging. Failure to adhere to the laws gives either party the right to terminate the agreement.

The above agreement is to be enforced by other countries should citizens of the Isle of Knoo be discovered in the act of violating this crime. Punishment is to result in all residences in the Isle burned and can result in execution of the offender.

ARTICLE III

The treaty requires the consent of a representative of Isaac’s Country and Old Man Reid’s Country in order to be enforced.
